Bruschetta and Caprese
Motivated by the hot weekend, and properly knowing how to pronounce it (thank you Erin), I made some Bruschetta tonight. And, while having the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil leaves out, I made some Caprese too.
I realized the need to take a picture of these dishes FAST. I was concerned they would end up in my stomache before I could get to the camera.
